can you please tell me after its dried what do you do then… i am wanting to know if you take the shell off the bean one by one after its dried.

Unfortunately that’s how we have done it so far. It’s a lot of work. I’m going to make a video of that soon and our roaster. we’d like to buy or build a better de parching machine but for now, we are stuck doing the old fashioned way

im wondering do you get the green beans out of the hard shell? The shells are like rocks how do you break them?

Just made a video today of the process and posted it. Check it out, I am posting it as a video response to this video. Actually breaking the parchment isn’t very hard, just time consuming.
